Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To return or exchange an item, please email contact@therdune.com with your order details. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost.
